2018 Classes

 Belly Tone:  low impact toning class using belly dance techniques, for all parts of the body. Especially good for core muscles   Bolly Fit ( formerly Bodylicious):fun and cheerful,  based on moves from Bollywood, high impact and low impact. Unique and effective, no dance experience or sense of co ordination necessary!!

FIRST CLASS IS FREE FOR ALL ‘FIRST TIMERS’. If you enjoy the class you then pay the remainder of the term. You can begin at any point in the term: even the last day of term!

  8th December  ‘Festive Fun’
A party number to end the year on

 Workshop Dates 2019

12th January ‘Twist and Detox’    : a lovely routine using lots of twists to wring out the festive toxins, and tone the waist at the same time.

19th January ‘Belly Cabaret – with Chair’ :  a belly dancer’s version of the traditional burlesque routine with chair.

2nd February ‘Heavily accented’ :  a routine that uses strong accent moves. Great for core and buttock control!

16th February ‘Graceful flow’ : a challenging but gorgeous routine that focuses on fluid, slow movements.

March 2nd Awesome Isolations’ :  an intense study of how to move hips, chest and stomach in isolation and in combined isolations. An amazing way to tone the core!

March 16th  ‘Bollywood Scarf’:  a fun bollywood routine using a chiffon or silk scarfs as props. If you have a long, wide scarf then please bring it along, though I will have some to lend.
